I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). My primary approach uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, research-supported treatment for OCD. I also use techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients face fears, reduce avoidance, and build sustainable coping skills.
My expertise spans the lifespan: I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing:
Panic disorder and panic attacks
Social anxiety disorder
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
OCD (contamination, checking, intrusive thoughts, symmetry/ordering)
Hair pulling and skin picking
Tics & Tourette Syndrome (using Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics or CBIT)
Specific phobias and avoidance behaviors
For parents supporting an anxious child, I offer guidance using the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program—a research-based method that empowers parents to reduce family stress while helping their child grow more confident and independent.

I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and work with clients during pregnancy and postpartum, as well as those facing related challenges such as infertility, birth trauma, and pregnancy and infant loss. These experiences can bring unexpected emotional challenges, and therapy offers a space to process, heal, and adjust to the changes that come with building or growing a family.

I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related concerns. CPT helps you process and reframe thoughts related to trauma so you can move forward with less distress and greater clarity. Whether the trauma was recent or occurred years ago, therapy can help you feel more grounded, safe, and in control.

I provide supervision and consultation for graduate students and mental health professionals who want to deepen their skills in evidence-based treatment for mood and anxiety disorders. My approach is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on integrating CBT, DBT, and ERP into practice.
